Return Policy (Online Orders)
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We carefully inspect and package each item in preparation for delivery. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase and request a refund, the item/items must be returned (at the customers expense) in their original packaging, free of defects, within 14 days of the original purchase. If you receive your order damaged in transit, you will be requested to provide us with a picture of the damage. Once we determine it is plausible the item was damaged in transit, we will send you a new item free of charge.
